Reservation Policy

  • Check-in time is between 1:00 pm and 6:30 pm
  • Cut Off Reporting time for guests to be taken across the river on our raft is 6:30pm during summers and 5:30pm during winters. If the guests get delayed then there is no alternate accommodation available nearby and booking will be treated as a no show.

  • Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
  • An advance of 100% is required to confirm all reservations.
  • Holding the cottage accommodation does not mean that the same is confirmed. ONENESS sales office should receive the advance amount within 7 days of holding intimation or till one day before the date of check-in, whichever is earlier. If no advance amount is received within this period, ONENESS reserves the right to release the reservation without prior information.
  • 100% can be deposited into our ICICI Bank account. Account Details will be mentioned in our booking email. Alternatively, the client may also issue the cheque in favor of "Himalayan Hotels Pvt Ltd" and courier it to our mailing address so that it reaches us before the cut-off date. Clients may also choose to pay via secured payment gateway link. Please request the same from the reservation team.

Cancellation Policy

  • FIT Cancellation Policy: If Cancellation is done more than 15 days before arrival we will refund 90% of the amount. If cancellation is done 8-14 days before arrival we will refund 45% of the amount. If cancellation is done 7 or less days before arrival date, then we charge 100% of the amount.
  • Group Cancellation Policy (*Applicable for 06-10 cottages): If Cancellation is done 30 or more days before arrival we will refund 90% of the amount. If cancellation is done 16-29 days before arrival we will refund 45% of the amount. If cancellation is done 15 or less days before arrival, then we charge 100% of the amount.
  • If the reservation office is not informed after the payment has been transferred to its account, it does not automatically mean that the accommodation is confirmed unless the hotel confirms the receipt of the funds and sends a confirmation voucher back to the client.
