HER HIGHNESS is our open dining restaurant, an homage to the divine feminine form. The whole structure is made entirely of bamboo, one of the most sustainable materials sourced from Mother Nature. The sinuous curves of the structure epitomise the glorious and free-flowing waves of the Ganges. Our wholly vegetarian menu features hearty and quintessential dishes from the Garhwal region of Uttarakhand, prepared with love and gratitude from locally sourced ingredients. Apart from the buffet spreads for the three main meals of the day, we also serve select dishes from an A-la-carte menu placed in each cottage, including dog food.
