The services of this Site are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law, and thus, are not available to minors. By using this Site, You represent that You are of sufficient legal age to use this Site and to create binding legal obligations for any liability You may incur as a result of the use of this Site. You also warrant that You are legally authorized to make the travel reservations and/or purchases for either Yourself or for another person for whom You are authorized to act. You may only use this Site to make legitimate reservations or purchases and shall not use this Site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservations, or any reservation in anticipation of demand.

This Site is to be used by You for Your personal use only. Commercial uses of this Site are strictly prohibited unless prior written consent from ONENESS Rishikesh by Ganga Kinare has been granted. Where applicable law implies any warranty, term or condition, and that law prohibits exclusion or modification of the application of or the liability of ONENESS Rishikesh by Ganga Kinare under, any such warranty, term or condition, then the liability of ONENESS Rishikesh by Ganga Kinare shall include liability for that warranty, term or condition but such liability will be limited for a breach of that warranty, term or condition to one or more of the following:

if the breach relates to services, the supply of the services again or payment of the cost of having the services supplied again; and

* if the breach relates to products and the products can be repaired, repair of such products or payment of the costs of having the products repaired, but otherwise, replacement of the products or the supply of equivalent products or payment of the cost of replacing the products or of acquiring equivalent products.

Hotel Reservations

The reservations feature of the Site is provided solely to assist customers in determining the availability of travel related services and products and to make legitimate reservations and for no other purpose. You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, possess the legal authority to enter into the legal agreement constituted by your acceptance of these Conditions and to use the Site in accordance with such Conditions. You agree to be financially responsible for your use of the Site including without limitation for all reservations made by you or on your account for you, whether authorized by you or not. For any reservations or other services for which fees may be charged you agree to abide by the terms or conditions of supply including without limitation payment of all moneys due under such terms or conditions.

The Site contains details of hotel charges and room rates (including any available SPECIAL PROMOTIONS) for hotels and resorts owned & managed by ONENESS Rishikesh by Ganga Kinare. Hotel reservation terms and conditions of booking are set out on the Site and payment will be in accordance with the procedure set out in such terms and conditions. No contract will subsist between you and ONENESS Rishikesh by Ganga Kinare or any of its affiliates in respect of any services or products offered through the Site unless and until ONENESS Rishikesh by Ganga Kinare accepts your order by e-mail or automated confirmation through the Site confirming that it has accepted your reservation, booking or order and any such contract shall be deemed to incorporate the hotel reservation terms and conditions of booking. Any other relevant terms and conditions relating to particular services or products are set out in the Site. You undertake that all details you provide to in connection with any services or products which may be offered by ONENESS Rishikesh by Ganga Kinare on the Site (including hotel room reservations) will be correct and, where applicable, the credit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of any services or products which you wish to purchase. ONENESS Rishikesh by Ganga Kinare reserves the right to obtain validation of your credit card details before providing you with any services or products.

Security & Non Confidentiality

ONENESS Rishikesh by Ganga Kinare does not warrant and cannot ensure the security or confidentiality of any information which you transmit to ONENESS Rishikesh by Ganga Kinare. Accordingly, any information which you transmit to ONENESS Rishikesh by Ganga Kinare is transmitted at your own risk.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The laws in force in India govern these Conditions and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Pet Policy

• The pet must be at least one year old, fully trained and be always kept on a leash on the Resort property, unless in the guest’s cottage.
• Guests are to confirm number and breed of pets upon booking. Limitations may apply. For a comfortable stay for you and your pet, a maximum of 1 pet is allowed per Luxury/Bamboo Cottage and 2 pets per Family Cottage. Dogs banned by Govt. of India (Read here) are not allowed at the Resort.
• Kindly bathe and groom your pet before arriving at ONENESS to avoid odour issues for future guests
• A non-refundable fee of INR 500 + taxes per day per pet as pet charges will be collected upon checking in. For this charge, we will provide dog bed, water bowl, and disposable paper for guests to clean their dog’s excreta.
• Dog food is charged additionally.
• The Resort has a designated dog relieving area. Newspapers and dustbins are provided for guests to properly dispose of the waste. If dogs defecate or urinate in the guest room, then an extra cleaning charge of INR 1,000 + taxes will be levied for every such instance.
• We do not offer cleaning services for dog urination/defecation on the Resort grounds - owners are responsible for the same.
• We welcome all well-mannered dogs. Kindly ensure your pet does not display dangerous or unacceptable behaviour, including, but not limited to, biting, excessive noise (such as barking), evidence of disease, or urination/defecation in non-designated areas and/or cottage.
• Guests are responsible for all property damage (including but not limited to in-room furniture, bed linen, towels, curtains etc.) and/or personal injuries resulting from their pets. The Resort reserves the right to charge the guest’s account commensurate with the cost of any damages.
• Guest must not allow their pet to sleep on the guest bed or on other room furniture. If excessive hair/fur is found on the guest bed, then an extra cleaning charge of INR 1,000 + taxes will be levied.
• Please leave the pet bed and water bowl behind in good condition for the next guest. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s account commensurate with the cost of any replacement fee.
• For the safety and comfort of your pet, Housekeeping and Room Service will enter your room only if: (a) your pet is not present, or (b) you are present and can monitor your pet (dogs must be on a leash).
• Dogs are strictly not allowed in the restaurant area.

Luggage Guidelines

Getting to ONENESS requires a short hike down a mountain followed by a raft shuttle across the river. While our staff wishes to give you a smooth and pleasant experience by carrying your luggage on their heads and shoulders and on the raft across the river, we advise guests to be mindful while packing. For any piece of luggage exceeding the advised limit stated below, we have the provision of a cloak room at the arrival point and it will be watched over by our guard during your stay. So please pack light and cooperate with our staff in this regard.

Please read through our luggage guidelines before you get here to ensure a smooth arrival.

• From the point of arrival till you reach the Resort, the travel time could range approximately between 20-25 mins. We suggest light weight luggage for the convenience of our guests and the hotel staff providing assistance in carrying your luggage.
• Maximum one large suitcase per person is allowed (not exceeding 25 kg in weight)
• Maximum two small pieces of hand luggage per person (one handbag not exceeding 7 kg in weight and one laptop bag).
